We had a fun day with The Krulls on Long Island. Shari's parents let us use their beautiful house in Lloyd Harbor for a little swimming, eating and relaxation. While the baby's took nice afternoon naps, Ben hung out with the older crowd and watched The Incredibles while the grown-ups sipped wine. It's always so much fun with GREAT friends. Then Spencer, Jake and Ben took us to the park and the beach! It was a full day!!
We all grabbed a child and jumped (well, stepped into the pool)
..then Ben got some height on the water:
Jake wasn't thrilled with the float....
BUT!!! Ben had a blast!!!!He was waiting for bar service in his.....
and Jake grew an attachment to this toy of Spencer's....he carried it around all day like a suitcase..he walked holding it by the handle...
till our next excursion.....
We are not potty training him or anything but he tolerates to sit on there..and he plays with the little toy potty from Ben.
Ben is into washing his own hair...
Jake is obsessed with the tootbrush. He says 'teeeeeth' and waits for me to put the toothpaste on the toothrush.
Jake also walks around holding his toys..
and Ben is the BEST big brother..he helps, kisses Jake goodnight and even picks fights with Jake..
